As we conclude the month of praying for the faithful departed, parishioners may now pick up the photos of their loved ones from the ofrenda table this weekend after the Masses, or at the Rectory Office during the week.

From November 29 to December 14, we will be collecting non-perishable food items for families in need. A donation bin will be available at the back of the church, and items may also be dropped off at the Rectory Office during regular office hours.

The Archdiocese of Chicago invites you to a 2-Day Retreat on November 22–23 at the St. John Brebeuf Ministry Center. Let us come together to strengthen our unity, share collective wisdom, and receive renewed spiritual energy for our Filipino Ministry.

All choir members—and those who feel called to join—are invited to a Day of Reflection on Saturday, November 29, from 9am to noon in the Convent Community Room.

Young men ages 13–20 are invited to a special day of prayer, fellowship, and discovery at Mundelein Seminary on Friday, November 28th from 11:00am–3:00pm. Experience Holy Mass, Rosary, Eucharistic Procession, lunch, and even dodgeball! Spend time with other young men who love their faith and are open to hearing God’s call. Let us pray that many hearts may answer Christ’s invitation to serve His Church.

Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday—November 17th, 18th, and 19th— our daily Mass will take place in the Activity Center (7341 N Claremont Ave.) instead of the church. During those days, we’ll be giving our church floors some much-needed care. They’ll be fixed, re-polished, and restored, so that our worship space will be shining and beautiful for the upcoming holiday season and beyond. We appreciate your patience and understanding as this work is done, and we’re grateful for everyone who helps keep our church such a welcoming and beautiful place to pray and gather together.

Join us as we honor all the saints in heaven and pray for all souls who have gone before us. All Saints’ Day – Saturday, November 1st at the 8:00am Bilingual Mass All Souls’ Day – celebrated at all regular weekend Masses May the saints inspire us to holiness, and may our prayers bring peace to the faithful departed.

An ofrenda table will be set up inside the church to lovingly remember and honor all our beloved departed. These photos will be displayed from November 1st through November 23rd, as we lift them in prayer and thanksgiving for the gift of their lives. We will celebrate All Saints Day on Saturday, November 1st at the 8:00am Daily Mass, and All Souls Day at all our regular Sunday Mass times. May the souls of the faithful departed, through the mercy of God, rest in peace.

This weekend we join with our brothers and sisters in faith around the globe to celebrate our vocation to become missionaries and witnesses to the great hope given by the Lord Jesus. Donations offered through the collection support The Society for the Propagation of the Faith, a worldwide network overseen by Pope Leo XIV.

Join us from 7:00–8:30pm in the Convent Community Room as we journey through God’s Word together. Deepen your understanding of the Sunday readings and grow in faith as Pilgrims of Hope preparing for Advent. Bibles will be provided, but you’re welcome to bring your own if you have one! Join us Sunday, October 5th at 2:30pm in the church parking lot for our Blessing of Pets in honor of the Feast of Saint Francis of Assisi. Bring your beloved pets to receive a special blessing as we give thanks to God, the Creator of all.

Join us for a city-wide day of Charismatic Renewal at our Holy Spirit Renewal Recollection on Saturday, September 27th, from 9 am to 3 pm in the Holy Child Jesus Parish Activity Center. Come and be inspired by our guest speakers, Fr. Britto Berchmans, Mark Nimo, Fr. Bob Miller and Atty. Lauretta Froelich. This full day of praise, worship and reflection is free and open to all.

Friday, August 15 is a Holy Day of Obligation to honor the Feast of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary. Masses are at 8:00 am (Bilingual), 5:30 pm (English), and 7:30 pm (Vietnamese).
