OCIA is a place where we explore God who is alive, God who lives in
our hearts, our souls, and our minds.
OCIA—the Order of Christian Initiation of Adults—is a process:- for non-baptized adults who are seeking information about and entry into the Catholic Church
- for Christians who are inquiring about entering the Catholic Church
- for Catholics who wish to complete their Sacraments of Initiation of Holy Eucharist and Confirmation
- for Catholics who would like to study their faith more deeply
In OCIA, we talk about the presence of God. We look to encounter Jesus and the joy he can bring to our lives. We study the Bible and how it speaks to us today. We explore what it means to live a Christian life. We share our faith. We pray.
OCIA sessions begin Sunday, September 7 from 10:40 a.m. until 12:15 p.m. at the convent at 7325 N. Claremont.
